Mentoring Certifications & Assesing the Effectiveness of Mentoring Programs

Mentoring Certifications

Certification in all the various professional roles involved in mentoring programs. Our certification is based upon experience and tested principles of mentoring that we have used for over 16 years.  We offer certification for those engaged in the following designations in mentoring:

Through our sister company, Mentoring University, we have developed an approach to the certification process that focuses on providing real experiential learning to those being certified.  Unlike other organizations that offer “certification” in 1- or 2-day workshops which promise a lot but deliver less than expected, we offer certification in two ways:

  1. For most of our clients, we work with one or two individuals at their facility and then stay with them for lengthy periods of time in order to assess their progress so that by the end of the specified certification period they are confident of their new role.  For the MPM certification for example, this involves 100 contact hours over 12 months when we implement our MMentPilot program.
  2. We also conduct off-site workshops based upon practical experience and deliver content-rich information so that attendees leave knowing they have received real value during their time at the workshop.

Following is more information on each of our certification programs. Please contact us directly for more information.
