Communication Instrument for Mentors and Mentorees in One-on-One Programs
This instrument has 8 scenarios that allows mentorees to identify how they would prefer to be mentored and mentors to identify how they prefer to mentor. Use it to identify differences in styles and approaches and how these may impact the mentoring relationship. This tool is not meant to be used for matching purposes.

Group Mentoring--Mentoree Role Preferences Instrument for Group Mentorees
This instrument identifies the predominant roles that a given mentor may opt to play in a group mentoring situation.  It is used as a means of understanding the dynamics that may operate in a group and/or may also be used to assess the makeup of a group for purposes of putting a group together with a given Mentoring Group Leader.

Group Mentoring Facilitation Styles Instrument for Mentoring Group Leaders
This instrument identifies the predominant styles a Mentoring Group Leader may opt to utilize within a group.  It assists in assessing which styles will be most effective with which group of mentorees.  It is meant to be used in combination with the Group Mentoring Mentoree Role Preferences instrument.
