Business Mentoring Matters

Here are a few questions mentors can ask their mentorees to help them get acquainted prior to the start of a mentoring relationship:

1. What are your expectations of this relationship?
2. What would you like to gain from this mentoring program?
3. What challenges might we face?
4. What are your interests and hobbies?
5. What type of career interests you?
6. What are your goals?

While there are many more questions to ask your mentorees, these few are a great place to start.
