Business Mentoring Matters

As many of you are aware, about 6 months ago we enhanced our online mentoring system to add a coaching component.  We felt that these two developmental strategies are closely related and can complement each other quite nicely.  We have always drawn sharp distinctions between coaching and mentoring and we believe that is still the case, but companies are frequently doing both mentoring and coaching and exploring the synergies between them.  We think that's a great way to maximize a company's investment in these strategies.  As a result, we want to let our readers know that we will be discussing coaching a lot more in future blogs.  Our focus will still be primarily on mentoring, but coaching will also be part of our musings with respect to developing others.  If you want to find out more about our new coaching component, please visit:  www.coaching-complete.com.
