As I stated in an earlier posting, we now offer an online coaching system. As a result, we have changed the name of our blog from Corporate Mentoring Matters to Corporate Mentoring and Coaching Matter to reflect this change.
The U.S. Department of State Official Blog posted an interesting piece about a mentoring program titled Mentorship Program Advances Women's Entrepreneurship in Pakistan. The U.S. Dept. Of State partnered with Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Women Initiative to create opportunities for women in Pakistan through mentoring.
Many people have heard the term “reverse mentoring” but while some individuals could tell you that their company has actually implemented a reverse mentoring program, other people do not really understand what it is.
