Mentoring Expert Rene PetrinRene Petrin: Rene is the founder & president of Management Mentors. He's been sharing his expertise in corporate mentoring for over 20 years.

After spending years in human resources and discovering that most companies weren't doing an adequate job developing their number one asset-employees-Rene D. Petrin had a mission: to create an organization devoted solely to teaching businesses how to mentor talent.

This entrepreneurial spirit combined with his keen insight into human behavior led Rene to found Management Mentors, Inc. in 1989. Management Mentors' philosophy is simple: to show companies how structured mentoring programs are the most powerful and effective strategy for professional development within an organization.
 

Mentoring Expert Alessandra AlonsoAlessandra Alonso: Alessandra is a director of Shine People & Places, LTD., an organization that has aligned itself with Management Mentors to sell MentoringComplete in the UK. Alessandra co-founded Shine with Gaby Marcon in 2004.

Alessandra spends much time understanding the business of her clients and delivering high quality services to them. She takes great pride in ensuring she meets their needs as accurately as possible. Before Shine, she worked in professional services firm with KPMG and in the tourism industry with leading industry organizations, World Travel, and Tourism Council being one of them.

 

Gaby Marcon, Mentoring ExpertGaby Marcon: Gaby is also a director of Shine People and Places, LTD. Both she and Alessandra have deep experience in mentoring, coaching, and talent development & training. 

Gaby's trademark is her passion and enthusiasm in helping people become the best they can be. She enjoys instilling confidence in people and realizes that while coach/mentoring may be a life changing experience for some, it may not be the preferred way for all, hence her flexible approach.
