I recently saw an American Express commercial which featured a small business owner stating that he gives all of his rewards points to his employees as bonuses for a job well done. He claimed "when my employees are happy, my customers are happy."
A corporate mentoring program is certainly another way to keep your employees happy. Did you know that the cost of replacing an employee ranges from 29-46% of that person's annual salary, and that 60% of college grads today list mentoring as a criterion for selecting an employee after graduation?
